About this model
A cream felt yurt sitting on a round wooden platform, with a gently domed roof divided by coral ribs that meet at a blue crown ring with a small skylight. A band of blue with little yellow diamonds wraps around the top of the wall, and coral stripes run below it. The felt skirt is rolled up at the bottom, revealing the criss-cross wooden lattice wall, a lovely detail for close shots. At the front, a coral double door painted with yellow diamonds and gold knobs sits in a coral frame, and a metal stove pipe pokes out of the roof. Panels show soft seams, and there is no text or brand. The Cozy Houses & Village Kit counts it among its most unusual homes. Tip: place several yurts in a loose circle around a campfire for a nomad camp on the steppe.
