About this model

Bump into fun with this bumper car 3d model. The rounded light blue body has a cream rim, a domed hood with a gold star and two glowing headlights, plus more stars on the sides. A thick dark rubber bumper runs all the way around, just like at the real dodgem track. Inside, a pink bench with a high backrest seats two, and a steering ring sits on a short column in front of a cream dashboard. Under the body a low chassis rides on four small rollers. At the back a sprung current collector pole with a coiled gold spring rises to 2.7 m and ends in a contact shoe. No numbers, no lettering. The car is 1.6 m wide and 2.3 m long, and it has only 9,172 triangles, so a whole fleet fits into one arena. For a racing kart see the Go-Kart model.

Good for

  • Dodgem arena in a fair level
  • Party or arcade minigame
  • Prop for a park builder
  • Toy style vehicle in a cozy game

Engine import notes

Unity GLB · FBX

Import the GLB with the glTFast package or use the FBX. 1 m in the file = 1 Unity unit.

Unreal Engine FBX

Use the FBX. The model is built in metres. Unreal works in centimetres and converts on import, so it arrives at real size (2.75 m = 275 cm).

Godot 4 GLB · FBX

Drag the GLB into the FileSystem dock. Godot 4 imports it directly, with materials. The FBX works too (Godot 4.3+ imports it natively).

Blender BLEND · GLB

Open the .blend directly, or import the GLB via File › Import › glTF 2.0.
