About this model
A cheerful rooster that tells the wind direction from the top of the barn. The base is a small piece of roof ridge with red shingle rows, grey gable boards and a round ridge roll, and a saddle bracket holds an iron rod with brass balls. Halfway up, four compass arms end in brass balls, without any letters, so the piece fits every language and world. On top, a brass rooster with a sickle tail, a raised wing, a dark eye, a red comb and wattle stands on an arrow with a barbed tip and a feathered tail. Rooster and arrow form the separate object weathervane_pointer, its origin sits exactly on the rotation axis, so a single turn shows the wind. This weathervane 3d model is 2.0 m tall with a ridge base 0.8 m long. It has 8,032 triangles and 2K PBR textures and crowns the Barn, the Windmill or the Corn Crib.
