Size comparison
About this model
A little wooden rowboat for lakes, ponds and quiet harbors. The teal hull is clinker built, so each overlapping plank catches the light, and a brown gunwale and keel strip frame it from stem to stern. Inside, the warm wood shows frames, three thwarts and darker floorboards, all visible because the boat is fully open. Two long wooden oars rest in brass oarlocks. Each oar is a separate object with its origin in the oarlock, so it swings around the vertical axis and can also tilt, which is all you need for a rowing cycle. A thin blue and coral stripe marks the waterline, where your own water plane should sit. From the Cozy Boats & Aircraft Kit, light enough for real time. Tip: drop in a lantern and a fishing rod from your scene for a peaceful dusk moment.
