About this model
A classic village inn with a stone ground floor and a jettied, half-timbered upper storey in cream plaster with dark brown beams and cross braces. The steep gable roof is covered in mint green shingle rows and topped by two stone chimneys. At the front, lanterns flank a wooden double door, the windows have blue frames and flower boxes, and a round hanging sign shows a beer mug on both sides, no lettering needed. Barrels stand by the entrance, while a small bench and a cask on a trestle invite travellers to linger. It is an exterior-only building with closed, opaque windows, so it works as a street facade or map landmark rather than a walk-in interior. Part of the Cozy Houses & Village Kit and ready for real-time use. Tip: place warm point lights at the lanterns for evening scenes.
