A standing samurai in a relaxed A-pose, dressed in layered red lacquered armor edged with gold. The helmet carries a wide golden crescent crest and flared neck guards, and the face beneath shows a short moustache and beard. Laced plates cover the chest, shoulders and thighs, while dark underclothes, a tied black sash and red shin guards lead down to dark sandals. A katana in its black scabbard is tucked into the sash at the left hip. The textures show glossy lacquer, cord lacing and fine gold edging, so the figure holds up in renders, cinematics and close-ups, or serves as a source for your own LODs. It is also available rigged with walk and run animations. Tip: light it from the side with a warm key to bring out the sheen of the lacquer.
Import the GLB with the glTFast package or use the FBX. 1 m in the file = 1 Unity unit.
Use the FBX. The model is built in metres. Unreal works in centimetres and converts on import, so it arrives at real size (1.75 m = 175 cm).
Rigged version: import the rigged FBX as a Skeletal Mesh. The walk and run takes come in as animation sequences.
Drag the GLB into the FileSystem dock. Godot 4 imports it directly, with materials. The FBX works too (Godot 4.3+ imports it natively).
Rigged version: the rigged GLB imports with its skeleton, and the walk and run takes land in an AnimationPlayer.
Open the .blend directly, or import the GLB via File › Import › glTF 2.0.
