Round, ribbed and friendly, this barrel cactus is the plump member of the desert family. Eighteen soft ribs run from the base to the top in leaf green that turns to sage higher up. Along every rib sit pale areole dots, each with two or three short, blunt spines in honey, readable from afar but never sharp. A woolly cream crown sits on top, ringed by seven pink flowers with yellow centers. The cactus rests on a low sand mound with two pebbles. The nature kit already has a tall saguaro and a small potted cactus, and this kit has the flat padded prickly pear, so the barrel shape fills the gap with a low, round silhouette. It is 0.45 m tall with a footprint of about 0.61 x 0.56 m and has 14,352 triangles with 2K PBR textures.
Import the GLB with the glTFast package or use the FBX. 1 m in the file = 1 Unity unit.
Use the FBX. The model is built in metres. Unreal works in centimetres and converts on import, so it arrives at real size (0.45 m = 45 cm).
Drag the GLB into the FileSystem dock. Godot 4 imports it directly, with materials. The FBX works too (Godot 4.3+ imports it natively).
Open the .blend directly, or import the GLB via File › Import › glTF 2.0.
