About this model
A friendly little tome that begs to be read. The closed hardcover lies flat, bound in soft sky blue with a rounded spine and raised bands. Gold corner caps protect the edges, and in the middle of the cover sits a framed title plate with a small red gem, left blank so you can add your own title or rune. The cream page block peeks out between the covers, and a pink bookmark ribbon hangs out at the bottom. Its pastel colors and rounded bevels match the rest of the Cozy Adventure Kit, where it sits nicely beside the lantern and the golden key on a desk or in a treasure room. As a pickup it reads clearly from above, which helps in top-down games. For a lore or journal system, place one on a lectern and open a UI page when the player interacts with it.
