About this model
A trusty light for dark caves and night markets. The square lantern has a pale blue pyramid roof topped by a gold cap and an iron bail ring for carrying or hanging. A gold frame holds clear glass panes on all sides, and inside a cream candle stands on a small base. Two parts are set up for interaction: the front door is a separate object hinged on its left side, with its glass pane attached, so it swings open outward, and the candle flame is its own emissive object that you can switch on, flicker or blow out. The glass uses alpha blending, so you see the candle from every angle. Hang it by a door or put it in a character's hand. Next to the campfire and backpack of the Cozy Adventure Kit it completes a traveler's camp.
Good for
- Handheld light for a character
- Door lamp in a cozy village
- Interactive candle you can blow out
- Night market stall decoration

Engine import notes
Unity GLB · FBX
Import the GLB with the glTFast package or use the FBX. 1 m in the file = 1 Unity unit.
Unreal Engine FBX
Use the FBX. The model is built in metres. Unreal works in centimetres and converts on import, so it arrives at real size (0.38 m = 38 cm).
Godot 4 GLB · FBX
Drag the GLB into the FileSystem dock. Godot 4 imports it directly, with materials. The FBX works too (Godot 4.3+ imports it natively).
Blender BLEND · GLB
Open the .blend directly, or import the GLB via File › Import › glTF 2.0.
