About this model
The most useful piece of furniture in any fantasy world. The barrel bulges gently in the middle and is built from eighteen walnut staves in a warm, dark tone, held together by three iron hoops with small rivets. Both heads are recessed planks, and a round bung at the front tells you which way it faces. The look is aged only by its deep wood color, while the surfaces stay clean and tidy, so it fits cozy taverns as well as polished adventure games. Stack a few in a cellar, line them up behind a bar, load them onto a ship or use them as breakable containers that drop coins and potions. The tall, readable silhouette also makes good low cover in top-down games. Place it beside the wooden crate from the Cozy Adventure Kit, and a storeroom fills itself in seconds.
