The strongest piece in chess, shown twice: this chess queen 3d model places an ivory queen next to a charcoal one. At 8.5 cm she is a little shorter than the king and easy to tell apart by her coronet, a ring of eight small balls around the rim of a flared crown. Inside the ring a low dome rises to a round finial. Below the crown a double collar sits on a slender, gently tapered stem that grows out of the turned base used by every piece of this set, finished with a green felt pad. The soft, rounded forms keep the classic Staunton look recognizable at small sizes while matching the cozy pastel style of the kit. Ideal for promotion animations, puzzle hints or a queen's gambit themed menu. The pair measures 8.8 x 3.7 x 8.4 cm and has 9,824 triangles with 2K PBR textures.
Import the GLB with the glTFast package or use the FBX. 1 m in the file = 1 Unity unit.
Use the FBX. The model is built in metres. Unreal works in centimetres and converts on import, so it arrives at real size (0.08 m = 8 cm).
Drag the GLB into the FileSystem dock. Godot 4 imports it directly, with materials. The FBX works too (Godot 4.3+ imports it natively).
Open the .blend directly, or import the GLB via File › Import › glTF 2.0.
