About this model
Eight bars in soft rainbow colours, from red and peach through yellow, green and mint to blue, lavender and pink, rest on felt strips across a trapezoid beech frame. They get shorter from one end to the other, just like a real xylophone, and each bar is held by two round gold pins. In front of the instrument lie two mallets with beech sticks and painted wooden balls, one red and one blue. The pastel palette is gentle enough for nursery scenes, yet the bars are clearly separated, which makes them easy to target in a small music game where each bar plays its own note. It also works as a colourful accent on a playroom floor or in a toy shop. Tip: nudge a bar down slightly and brighten its colour on each hit for clear feedback.
Good for
- Playable instrument in a music minigame
- Nursery or playroom floor decoration
- Toy shop display piece
- Learning app for colours and notes

Import the GLB with the glTFast package or use the FBX. 1 m in the file = 1 Unity unit.
Unreal Engine FBX
Use the FBX. The model is built in metres. Unreal works in centimetres and converts on import, so it arrives at real size (0.04 m = 4 cm).
Godot 4 GLB · FBX
Drag the GLB into the FileSystem dock. Godot 4 imports it directly, with materials. The FBX works too (Godot 4.3+ imports it natively).
Blender BLEND · GLB
Open the .blend directly, or import the GLB via File › Import › glTF 2.0.
