About this model
A friendly construction machine in bright yellow with charcoal accents: the dark counterweight, crawler tracks and cream road wheels give it a sturdy base, while the cab has tinted blue windows, a small orange beacon on the roof and safety railings on the engine deck. The arched boom, the dipper arm and the dark bucket are linked by hydraulic cylinders. Everything that moves on a real excavator is prepared here: the upper structure turns around its slewing ring, and boom, arm and bucket each rotate on their own joint pins, with cylinder barrels and rods split so they slide convincingly. The tracks themselves are static. With a few keyframes you get digging, loading or turning animations for a construction site. Combine it with the dump truck, cement mixer and other machines from the Cozy Vehicles Kit.
