About this model

A friendly five-storey block with warm peach walls, a cream ground floor and crisp white cornices. Two stacks of mint green balconies with flower boxes climb the front, and neat rows of blue windows wrap around every side, so the building looks finished from any angle. A short flight of steps leads to the mint front door, and up on the roof a wooden deck with a pergola, planters and a small stair head turns the top into a shared terrace. It is a closed exterior without interior or signs, which keeps it light and easy to place in bulk along a street grid.
