About this model
A storybook castle seen from the outside: pale stone curtain walls with crenellated wall walks connect four round corner towers, each crowned by a sky-blue cone roof and a small flag. Behind the gatehouse rise a great hall with a blue tiled roof and a tall central keep topped by a red banner, while red and yellow heraldic drapes hang from the outer walls. Arched blue windows, a wooden double gate with a stone ramp and a green courtyard lawn add friendly detail. Both gate leaves are separate objects hinged at their outer edge, so you can swing them open for a grand entrance. The buildings are closed exteriors, which keeps it light enough for real-time maps. Place it on a hill as the goal of a kingdom builder, or surround it with village houses from the other cozy kits.
