About this model
A classic wooden utility pole standing 9.0 m tall including the top insulator. The walnut brown pole has a rounded top and carries a 2.4 m honey wood crossarm held by steel braces and a through bolt. Three glassy mint pin insulators, two on the arm and one on the pole top, hold short cable stubs that leave in both line directions with a slight sag and clean rounded ends, so you can connect several poles with your own wires or simply leave the stubs. Lower down hangs a transformer can with cooling ribs, two bushings and drop leads, plus a ground wire with a guard and step bolts for climbing. Unlike the realistic utility pole of the Urban Street Kit, it follows the soft cozy style, without moving parts or numbers. The pole uses 14,760 triangles. Line them up along country roads, suburbs, farms or a rail line, or give an electrician character a pole to climb.
