About this model
A modern wind turbine scaled for games. It stands about 20.8 m tall with a hub height of 13.8 m and a rotor of roughly 14 m diameter. Real turbines are five to ten times larger, so this one sits comfortably next to farms, villages and city blocks. A slim conical white tower with two soft colour bands in sage and mint rises from a concrete foundation, with flange rings, a curved door with vents and a step. On top, the rounded nacelle carries a small met mast with cup anemometer and wind vane plus a red beacon. The rotor with spinner and three twisted blades with orange tips sits on the hub axis as its own piece and spins around local Y. The model has 17,706 triangles. Build wind farms, show renewable energy in a city builder or animate a breezy countryside.
