About this model
One bulb swinging in the cellar is all the light this house has left. The hanging light bulb 3d model starts at a tarnished brass ceiling rose, follows a twisted dusty rose cloth cord with a slight sway and ends in a brass lamp holder with thread rings. Around the holder clings what remains of a mint enamel shade, cream inside, its rim chipped and one large piece broken away. Below it hangs a clear Edison bulb with a softly glowing glass and a bright filament cage, both emissive so they read in dark scenes. A fine cobweb links cord and shade, and two loose threads dangle from the rim. Following the hanging convention the pivot sits under the bulb tip and the suspension point is straight above it at 0.6 m. Shade 23 cm across, 8,033 triangles.
