About this model
Two slightly conical wooden shells in warm honey tones stand side by side, the smaller macho and the larger hembra, each circled by two coral lacquered bands. Cream drum heads are held by crowned brass rims, and L-shaped brass tension hooks with brackets and nuts run down the sides of each drum. Between the shells, a walnut centre block with two bolts ties the pair together. The drums stand on their open shell bottoms, so they sit naturally on a floor, a table or a stool. The gleam of the brass against the matte wood gives the set a lot of charm in close-up renders. Use the bongos in a beach bar, a jazz club, a music classroom or a rhythm game where each head is a separate hit zone. Tip: a slight squash on the drum head with each beat makes the hits feel alive.
Good for
- Hit zones in a rhythm game
- Beach bar or jazz club stage
- Music classroom decoration
- Street festival or carnival scene

Unity GLB · FBX
Import the GLB with the glTFast package or use the FBX. 1 m in the file = 1 Unity unit.
Unreal Engine FBX
Use the FBX. The model is built in metres. Unreal works in centimetres and converts on import, so it arrives at real size (0.18 m = 18 cm).
Godot 4 GLB · FBX
Drag the GLB into the FileSystem dock. Godot 4 imports it directly, with materials. The FBX works too (Godot 4.3+ imports it natively).
Blender BLEND · GLB
Open the .blend directly, or import the GLB via File › Import › glTF 2.0.
