About this model

A low, wide retail box with cream walls divided by sage-green pilasters and a green band along the roof edge. The front is a long glazed shopfront with entrance doors, sheltered by a deep canopy on slim posts, and a round sign with a neutral red apple sits above the entrance instead of any name. The flat roof is dotted with round skylights and a couple of plant units, and a service door waits at the back. Out front, a sidewalk leads to a single row of marked parking bays on dark asphalt. There is no interior, no brand and no lettering, so it slots into any town. From the Cozy Buildings Kit, next to the gas station and the parking garage. Tip: park a few cars and add shopping trolleys to make the lot feel busy.
