About this model

A slim townhouse in the style of classic terraced rows, painted candy pink, with white quoins, cornices and window surrounds. A raised basement in pale stone lifts the ground floor, and a stoop with black iron railings climbs to a mint front door under a small canopy. The front shows a projecting bay window on the lower floors and little balconies with railings, while pairs of chimneys with terracotta pots crown the flat roof behind a parapet. The side walls are deliberately plain and flush, like party walls, so you can place several copies side by side to form a continuous terrace. Behind the facade the building is closed, and it comes with the Cozy Buildings Kit. Tip: alternate a few paint colours along the row for a lively seaside or city street.
