About this model
A modular sidewalk tile with a lowered curb for pedestrian crossings, built as the counterpart to the straight curb and sidewalk segment. In the middle the granite curb drops almost to gutter level, and the concrete slabs slope gently down toward it, while the back rows stay level with the building line. White tactile paving marks the crossing: ribbed guidance slabs along the curb and a strip of blister slabs leading back to the facade, just as in real accessible streets. The seams match the straight segment exactly in curb profile, gutter, slab grid and materials, so you can drop the ramp anywhere into a run of sidewalk. It is part of the modular road system of the Urban Street Kit and pairs with the crosswalk tile. Tip: place one on each side of the road crosswalk for a complete, accessible crossing.
