The basic building block for sidewalks: a straight tile of light concrete slabs with a granite curb along the front and a dished concrete gutter below it. The slabs follow a regular grid that divides the tile evenly, and every seam falls exactly into a joint, so placed end to end the tiles form one continuous sidewalk without visible breaks. The curb stones have a small chamfer and a realistic step down to the gutter, and hidden faces underneath were removed to save performance. The texture shows light staining and wear, clean enough for a tidy city center yet not sterile. It is the foundation of the modular street system in the Urban Street Kit, with the curb ramp as its drop-in partner for crossings. Tip: snap the tiles to a grid that matches their length to build long streets in minutes.
Import the GLB with the glTFast package or use the FBX. 1 m in the file = 1 Unity unit.
Use the FBX. The model is built in metres. Unreal works in centimetres and converts on import, so it arrives at real size (0.16 m = 16 cm).
Drag the GLB into the FileSystem dock. Godot 4 imports it directly, with materials. The FBX works too (Godot 4.3+ imports it natively).
Open the .blend directly, or import the GLB via File › Import › glTF 2.0.
