About this model
The most recognizable sign on any street, built with real proportions and without any shortcuts. The octagonal plate shows a white border and the word STOP as raised geometry instead of a flat decal, so the letters catch light from the side. A folded galvanized edge stiffens the sign, and around the back two aluminium hat rails and two clamps hold it on a square steel post perforated on all four faces, the typical breakaway post used in North America. The post stands in a short ground sleeve, and the pivot sits right at ground level for quick placement at intersections. From a distance it reads instantly, up close it still holds detail. It is part of the Urban Street Kit, alongside the traffic light and the street name sign. A lighter version is included for large open worlds with many junctions.
