About this model
The boxy condenser unit that clings to apartment walls in hot cities everywhere. The off-white housing sits on two galvanized wall brackets, and its front shows a large round grille with concentric rings and spokes. Behind it turns the fan rotor, a separate object with its pivot on the rotation axis, so you can spin it with a single line of code. Side louvres, a condenser coil behind a wire guard and brass service valves fill in the technical detail, while black foam-insulated refrigerant lines, a control cable and a condensate hose all end flush with the wall plane. The back of the bounding box is that plane, which makes mounting it on a facade quick and exact. Stack several along a building side for a dense residential look or put one above a back door. From the Urban Street Kit, it brings life to otherwise flat facades.
