This Bohr model 3D model shows the shell structure of sodium the way it appears in school books, but as a solid display piece. An upright white disc with a soft lilac rim carries three concentric steel rings on its front. The inner shell holds 2 yellow electrons, the middle shell 8 and the outer shell a single one, which is the 2, 8, 1 configuration of sodium. In the centre, a domed nucleus of 11 red protons and 12 blue neutrons rises from the disc. There are no letters or numbers, so it fits every language. At the back, a steel hub connects the disc to the rod of the lilac domed foot. The whole piece is one fused mesh with baked textures. The disc is 19.6 cm across, the model is 24.8 cm tall with 17,734 triangles and 2K PBR textures.
Import the GLB with the glTFast package or use the FBX. 1 m in the file = 1 Unity unit.
Use the FBX. The model is built in metres. Unreal works in centimetres and converts on import, so it arrives at real size (0.25 m = 25 cm).
Drag the GLB into the FileSystem dock. Godot 4 imports it directly, with materials. The FBX works too (Godot 4.3+ imports it natively).
Open the .blend directly, or import the GLB via File › Import › glTF 2.0.
