This earth layers 3D model is the cutaway globe from every geography classroom. A 20 cm Earth with a light blue ocean and flat sage green continents has its front upper eighth removed, facing the viewer. The three cut faces show the inside as clean colour rings: a thin brown crust (drawn thicker than in nature so it stays visible), a wide red mantle, an orange outer core and a yellow inner core. There are no labels, so the model works in any language. The globe sits on a steel rod with a small steel cup under the south pole and a domed lilac foot. Globe and stand share a single closed mesh, textured with baked PBR maps. It differs from the Planet, a picture book world with raised continents, and from the Desk Globe with its brass meridian, because here the interior is the point. The model is 33 cm tall with 14,126 triangles.
Import the GLB with the glTFast package or use the FBX. 1 m in the file = 1 Unity unit.
Use the FBX. The model is built in metres. Unreal works in centimetres and converts on import, so it arrives at real size (0.33 m = 33 cm).
Drag the GLB into the FileSystem dock. Godot 4 imports it directly, with materials. The FBX works too (Godot 4.3+ imports it natively).
Open the .blend directly, or import the GLB via File › Import › glTF 2.0.
