About this model
Stamp, bend and squash with this hydraulic press 3D model. Two teal columns with guide rails, rivets and side louvres rise from a press table whose front carries yellow and dark hazard stripes. A slotted steel bolster plate holds the lower die. Up top the crown carries the round main cylinder with flange nuts, a hydraulic power pack with oil tank, finned motor and hoses, and a pressure gauge that shows only a tick scale. The ram with its upper die, striped front and polished piston rod is a separate object: slide it down along the Z axis by up to 0.48 m until the dies meet, while the rod stays hidden in the crown. Yellow light curtain posts with small lamps guard the opening, and a two hand station on a post offers mint mushroom buttons and a coral emergency stop. The press measures 2.24 x 1.48 x 3.14 m and has 18,880 triangles.
