About this model

A long industrial hall clad in sky-blue profiled panels under a flat white roof edge, with a band of clerestory windows running just below it. Two rows of angled light strips cross the roof, joined by a small plant unit. Along the front, a covered loading dock with several bays and dock bumpers sits above the yard, while a large white roller door at ground level and a smaller side door give access for vehicles and staff. The paved yard has painted yellow markings and yellow bollards. The ground-level roller door is a separate object pivoting on its top edge. Scale it down vertically to roll it up. The hall is closed, with no interior, brand or text. It shares the industrial zone with the factory in the Cozy Buildings Kit. Tip: animate the roller door and back a truck up to the dock for a delivery loop.
