About this model

This baby dragon 3D model shows a hatchling only moments out of its egg. A large piece of cracked cream shell still sits on its head like a helmet, and the small horns and frills poke out through the gaps. Big amber eyes with glossy pupils and fine lashes give it a curious, gentle look. Layered peach coral scales cover the back and legs and fade to cream on the belly plates, while two short wings stretch opaque teal membranes between pale finger bones. The little creature sits calmly on four paws with dark claws, its spiky tail curving out to one side. Next to the turquoise cartoon dragon in the catalog it reads less like a mascot and more like a detailed collectible figure. At about 55 cm long and 47 cm tall it comes in real-world scale. Tip: place it beside the dragon egg to stage a hatching scene.

Good for

  • Hatching moment in a fantasy cutscene

Engine import notes

Unity GLB · FBX

Import the GLB with the glTFast package or use the FBX. 1 m in the file = 1 Unity unit.

Unreal Engine FBX

Use the FBX. The model is built in metres. Unreal works in centimetres and converts on import, so it arrives at real size (0.47 m = 47 cm).

Godot 4 GLB · FBX

Drag the GLB into the FileSystem dock. Godot 4 imports it directly, with materials. The FBX works too (Godot 4.3+ imports it natively).

Blender BLEND · GLB

Open the .blend directly, or import the GLB via File › Import › glTF 2.0.
