About this model

This wyvern 3D model follows the classic heraldic anatomy: two strong hind legs and a pair of wings that serve as its arms, with a hooked claw at each wrist. It stands upright on a cliff ledge, wings half folded, neck raised in an S curve. Slate-blue scales cover the back and legs, while overlapping sand-colored plates run down the throat and belly. The opaque wing membranes fade from sand to deep blue and carry bold sunset-orange bands. A crown of swept-back spikes and two curved horns frame the amber eyes, while the long tail finishes in a fan of spikes. The style is a painted studio maquette with muted colors and crisp scale detail. Unlike the four-legged dragons in the catalog, it shows the true wyvern build. We set it to about 6 m long and 5.5 m tall with the head raised: large enough for a rider, still slim enough to read as a cliff glider.

Engine import notes

Unity GLB · FBX

Import the GLB with the glTFast package or use the FBX. 1 m in the file = 1 Unity unit.

Unreal Engine FBX

Use the FBX. The model is built in metres. Unreal works in centimetres and converts on import, so it arrives at real size (5.49 m = 549 cm).

Godot 4 GLB · FBX

Drag the GLB into the FileSystem dock. Godot 4 imports it directly, with materials. The FBX works too (Godot 4.3+ imports it natively).

Blender BLEND · GLB

Open the .blend directly, or import the GLB via File › Import › glTF 2.0.
