About this model
Every power grid needs one of these. This power transformer 3d model stands about 2.8 m tall on steel skids and a concrete plinth with warning stripes along the front edge. The teal tank has a bolted cover, vertical stiffeners and lifting lugs, while steel radiator banks with nine cooling fins each flank both sides. On the lid rise three tall white porcelain bushings for the high voltage side and three shorter ones for low voltage, all with soft rounded sheds and steel terminals. Behind them a teal conservator tank with an oil sight glass sits on brackets, linked by a pipe and relay and fitted with a peach breather. The front carries a terminal box, a blank name plate, a temperature gauge with tick scale only, a drain valve with a yellow handwheel and a copper earth strap. It differs from the slim Utility Cabinet and has 18,060 triangles.
