About this model
The iconic winged spaceplane, softened into a friendly shape. The white orbiter has a dark nose cap and dark leading edges on its delta wings, and the belly shows a grid of heat tiles. Payload bay door seams run along the back, and hinge lines mark the elevons and the rudder in the tall tail. At the rear, three main engine bells glow cyan from the inside. Only the orbiter itself is included, without the external tank or boosters, and it stands on its nose gear and main gear. The six wheels are separate objects with their pivot on the axle, so they can roll during a runway landing. Use it for a landing sequence, a museum hangar or a launch pad scene with your own rocket parts. From the Cozy Space Kit, ready for real-time. Tip: add a drag chute effect after touchdown.
