About this model
A full-grown African elephant stands calmly with its trunk hanging straight down and its broad, fan-shaped ears resting against the shoulders. The warm grey skin is covered in deep folds and fine creases, most visible around the trunk, the knees and the heavy legs, and two long ivory tusks curve forward from the mouth. The rounded feet show individual toenails, and the textured surface keeps its character even in low evening light. The neutral standing pose makes it easy to place in a savanna, at a waterhole or in a zoo enclosure. Thanks to its dense detail it fits documentary-style renders, film previs, museum displays and close-up shots, and it works as a source for your own LODs. Tip: group it with smaller copies at reduced scale to suggest a herd with calves.
