Cream plaster wall module with a coral brick plinth and a sandstone band. It is the base piece of the 2 m building grid and light enough to place hundreds of times.

This is the backbone of the whole set: a straight wall in soft cream plaster resting on a 0.6 m plinth of coral bricks in running bond, topped by a sandstone band. It follows a 2 m grid with a 3 m storey height, and the centre of the wall sits exactly on the grid line, so rooms line up without fiddling. The side faces have no bevel, and bricks and plaster repeat every 2 m. Neighbouring panels therefore meet without a visible seam, even when one is turned 180 degrees or stacked on top of the floor below. Thanks to just 12 triangles plus 2K PBR textures you can tile whole streets at almost no cost. The panel is 2.00 x 0.20 x 3.00 m in size, origin at the bottom centre. Wherever you need an opening, swap in the window, door or arch variant.
Import the GLB with the glTFast package or use the FBX. 1 m in the file = 1 Unity unit.
Use the FBX. The model is built in metres. Unreal works in centimetres and converts on import, so it arrives at real size (3.00 m = 300 cm).
Drag the GLB into the FileSystem dock. Godot 4 imports it directly, with materials. The FBX works too (Godot 4.3+ imports it natively).
Open the .blend directly, or import the GLB via File › Import › glTF 2.0.
