Ammonia is the textbook case of a pyramid shaped molecule, and this ammonia molecule 3d model shows the reason. A blue nitrogen ball carries three white hydrogens on light grey plastic sticks at the true H-N-H angle of 107 degrees. Above the nitrogen, on the threefold axis, floats a subtle translucent yellow lobe for the lone electron pair that pushes the hydrogens down into a trigonal pyramid. That lobe is its own alpha blended mesh. A steel pin holds the molecule over a lilac domed foot. The piece is 12.4 cm tall on a 9 cm base, built from 8,834 triangles with 2K PBR textures. The Water Molecule of the Cozy Science Lab Kit shows the bent cousin with two hydrogens, and the Molecular Model Kit only has a built ammonia beside its tray, without the lone pair.
Import the GLB with the glTFast package or use the FBX. 1 m in the file = 1 Unity unit.
Use the FBX. The model is built in metres. Unreal works in centimetres and converts on import, so it arrives at real size (0.12 m = 12 cm).
Drag the GLB into the FileSystem dock. Godot 4 imports it directly, with materials. The FBX works too (Godot 4.3+ imports it natively).
Open the .blend directly, or import the GLB via File › Import › glTF 2.0.
