About this model
Tell the story of a falling star with this crater 3D model. The round piece measures 8.2 by 7.9 m and its raised ring wall stands about 1.3 m tall above the flat underside. Inside, the walls drop in soft layered steps of warm sandstone, peach and pale grey down to a sandy floor roughly 4.5 m across. Right in the middle lies a dark, half sunken meteorite stone with a faint lavender tint and a fine cracked surface. Chunky rocks poke out along the crest, and outside the rim green grassy slopes carry thrown out boulders, pebbles and tufts. The shape is shallow enough to walk into, which makes it a good arena or quest goal. For a sci-fi or fantasy landing site it pairs well with the Lava Rock and the Volcano. The crater has 17,682 triangles and comes with 2K PBR textures.
