About this model
Bring the high mountains to your world with this glacier 3D model. A broad, domed tongue of pale blue ice flows downhill from a snowy cirque at the back, framed by two cool grey rock ridges with snow on their tops. Soft flow bands follow the slope and six curved crevasses cross the ice, so the direction of movement reads at a glance. At the front the tongue ends in a steep rounded ice face above a small meltwater lake with two drifting floes. A strip of grass, moraine pebbles and a few tufts soften the foot of the valley. The whole piece covers 8.7 by 11.2 m and reaches 5.3 m at the back, with the ice flowing towards negative Y. It fits beside the Snowy Mountain Peak, the Iceberg and the Snow Drift. The glacier is made of 29,407 triangles with 2K PBR textures.
