Drop this stalagmite 3D model on a cave floor and the space instantly looks old and damp. A tall sandy cream cone rises 1.2 m from a low flowstone mound, with four smaller siblings clustered around it. The mound spreads 1.16 by 1.04 m and steps down in soft little terraces, slightly darker at its foot. Fine drip rings circle every cone and the points fade to pale cream. A small glossy puddle of drip water rests in a hollow of the mound, and a few pebbles lie on the ground nearby. Colours and rings match the Stalactite of the same kit, so you can line one up below the other or let both meet halfway as a column. Next to the Cave Entrance it marks the way inside. It counts 9,353 triangles and ships with 2K PBR textures.
Import the GLB with the glTFast package or use the FBX. 1 m in the file = 1 Unity unit.
Use the FBX. The model is built in metres. Unreal works in centimetres and converts on import, so it arrives at real size (1.20 m = 120 cm).
Drag the GLB into the FileSystem dock. Godot 4 imports it directly, with materials. The FBX works too (Godot 4.3+ imports it natively).
Open the .blend directly, or import the GLB via File › Import › glTF 2.0.
