About this model
A ball bearing 3d model set with two deep groove bearings on a blue plate. The large one follows the 6210 size with 50 mm bore and 90 mm outside diameter and stands upright in a yellow saddle. Ten polished balls run in the raceway grooves, held apart by a riveted brass cage, and the front face shows how balls and cage sit between the rings. The smaller 6206 type bearing lies flat with a quarter cut out. Its red section reveals the curved grooves of both rings and two halved balls exactly in the cut plane, the way they appear in engineering drawings. The balls sink slightly into the grooves, so nothing floats. In the upright bearing the inner ring, balls and cage turn together as the rotor object.
