About this model
A sprocket 3d model with chain for bikes, conveyors and workshop scenes. The steel wheel has 24 teeth for half inch roller chain, with a pitch diameter of 97 mm, rounded roller seats and chamfered tooth tips like a real cut sprocket. Five lightening holes open the plate, and a double sided hub with a keyed bore and a small set screw holds it on a shaft. A piece of roller chain wraps the left half of the wheel: dark link plates with a narrow waist, bright rollers and riveted pins, each roller resting in a tooth gap. Two straight strands run out to the right as if heading for a second sprocket. The part lies flat and the chain rests on its pin heads. The wheel alone is the rotor object with the pivot in its centre. It measures 13.7 x 10.9 x 1.7 cm and has 18,788 triangles with 2K PBR textures.
