About this model
A clean flange 3d model of a real pipeline joint. Two weld neck flanges in DN 50 PN 16 proportions, 165 mm across with a 125 mm bolt circle and raised faces, are welded to 60.3 mm pipe stubs and painted yellow like a gas line. A dark rubber flat gasket sits between the raised faces, and four M16 hex bolts with washers clamp the pair, with nuts underneath and short helical thread ends below them. The weld beads at the hubs and the dark pipe interior add depth. The joint stands upright on the lower pipe end. The Industrial kit has pipe segments, a tee and a gate valve with simple flanges, this model shows the flange connection itself at true scale. Size 16.5 x 16.5 x 19.6 cm, 19,232 triangles, 2K PBR textures.
