About this model
An impeller 3d model inside the pump casing it belongs to. The semi open impeller in bronze-like brass measures 116 mm across and has six backward curved vanes that get lower toward the outlet, with a hub nut on the shaft. It sits in a blue volute casing whose spiral channel widens around the wheel from the tongue and leads into a tangential discharge branch with a flange. The casing cover is removed, so the studs stand free on the wall top and the flow path can be followed from above. As the rotor object, the wheel spins on its upright axis. The Water Pump from the industrial kit shows a closed pump with motor, this model opens it up and explains the hydraulic part. Size 30 x 26.5 x 6.7 cm, 7,456 triangles, 2K PBR textures.
