About this model
Few prehistoric monuments are as recognisable as the great stone circle on Salisbury Plain. This stonehenge 3d model recreates the type as a diorama on a round grass disc 22 m across, with a low bank and ditch rim around it. The outer ring of sixteen sarsen positions measures 14.8 m in diameter and carries lintels on several sections, while some stones are missing or have fallen. Inside stands a circle of small bluish stones, and within that a horseshoe of five trilithons, the tallest in the middle and one collapsed. A single heel stone stands outside on the axis. Lichen and moss soften the grey stone. Overall the model is 22.3 by 22.2 m and 5.95 m high, with 15,642 triangles and 2K PBR textures. It is presented purely as a prehistoric monument, without symbols or figures. It is the oldest landmark of the whole Cozy Ancient Ruins Kit and differs clearly from the single Obelisk.
