About this model
Oil, wine and grain once travelled the Mediterranean in jars like this. The amphora 3d model shows an egg shaped terracotta body that narrows to a pointed knob foot, a slim neck with a rolled, open rim and two vertical handles from neck to shoulder. Around the belly runs a painted band, a zigzag of terracotta triangles on a dark ground, framed by two thin dark rings. Because the pointed foot cannot stand alone, the jar sits in a three legged bronze stand with a carrying ring and ball feet. Together they measure 0.49 by 0.51 m and 0.89 m in height. The mesh has 10,192 triangles and 2K PBR textures. It serves as a loot container, a shop prop or a find on a dig site of the Cozy Ancient Ruins Kit. Unlike the Flower Vase from the home kit, with its flat base and flowers, this vessel is a pointed storage jar.
