About this model
A free standing arch marks the way into a city or a forum. The roman arch 3d model is 5.04 m wide, 1.88 m deep and 5.92 m tall, with an opening of about 2.4 by 3.8 m. Two sandstone ashlar piers rest on a dark plinth and carry marble impost mouldings. Nine voussoirs form the semicircular arch, with a projecting marble keystone at the crown and a plain spandrel wall around it. Smooth tuscan half columns with base and capital frame both faces of each pier. On top lies a full entablature of architrave, frieze and cornice, followed by a plain attic with a capping slab. No reliefs, figures or inscription appear anywhere, and a little moss adds age. It counts 16,496 triangles with 2K PBR textures. Its broken cousin in the Cozy Ancient Ruins Kit is the Ruin Archway, while the Modular Arch Wall belongs inside a house wall.
