About this model
Old floors survive long after the walls are gone, and this ruin floor mosaic 3d model fills exactly one 2 by 2 m grid cell with one. Warm marble slabs frame a mortar bed set with 32 by 32 tesserae. The pattern is purely geometric: a dark border, a red and cream dentil band, a blue band and a large concentric lozenge with stepped triangles in the corners. One patch is broken open, with missing tesserae, a few loose ones lying around and moss growing in. Single gaps and moss in the border joints add more age. The tile is about 13 cm high including the loose pieces, built from 15,008 triangles with 2K PBR textures and its origin in the centre of the cell. Laid side by side, several of them pave a whole hall for the Cozy Ancient Ruins Kit. An Area Rug is a soft textile for interiors, while this floor is set in stone.
